Creamy Cheesy Buldak Noodles with Egg & Sausage
When you need a little reset after a long day, these creamy, cheesy Buldak noodles are the perfect comfort meal. Made with cheese, milk, spicy Buldak sauce, egg, and sausage, they are creamy, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of heat.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Buldak noodles
- Cheese, as needed
- Milk, as needed
- Half of the Buldak sauce packet
- Buldak seasoning powder, from the packet
- 1 egg
- Cooked sausage
Instructions
- Cook the Buldak noodles according to the package directions until they are tender. Drain the noodles, reserving a small amount of the cooking water if needed.
- Return the noodles to the pan over low to medium-low heat. Add the Buldak seasoning powder and about half of the spicy Buldak sauce. Mix well to coat the noodles.
- Add milk and cheese to the noodles. Stir continuously over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Add the egg and gently mix or cook it into the noodles until the egg is cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Add the cooked sausage and stir briefly so it warms through and becomes coated with the creamy Buldak sauce.
- Serve immediately while the noodles are hot, creamy, and cheesy.
Serving Suggestion
For an extra comforting bowl, wrap the noodles around pieces of sausage or combine the egg with the noodles for a rich and satisfying bite.
Tip: Using only half of the Buldak sauce makes the noodles less spicy while keeping their signature flavor. Add more sauce if you prefer a stronger kick.
